Are these instant downloads?
Yes. As soon as your Etsy payment is confirmed, the PDF is available in your Etsy "Purchases" page. No shipping, no waiting, no physical product is mailed.
Are they printable, fillable, or both?
Each listing on Etsy clearly labels which is which. “Fillable PDF” journals let you type into form fields in most desktop PDF apps; “Printable” journals are designed to be printed and written on. Where a listing says both, both are included.
What paper size do I get?
Sizes are listed on each individual Etsy product page — most include A4 and US Letter, but some are one or the other. Check the listing description before you tap Add to cart.
Will it work in GoodNotes or Notability?
GoodNotes and Notability compatibility is confirmed per listing — see the compatibility slide on each Etsy product. Most standard PDF apps on iPad will open the file and let you annotate with Apple Pencil; fillable fields behave differently between apps, so this is the safest way to check.
What's the refund policy on digital files?
By Etsy policy, instant-download files are generally non-refundable, because they can't be "returned." If a file is broken or the wrong file was delivered, message me and I'll fix it the same day, no questions.
