- A gray button almost always means the payment is still processing. Instant downloads unlock when payment clears, which can take a few minutes to a few hours depending on the payment method.
- Can I download Etsy files on my phone?

- What if my file never arrived?
- Check Purchases and Reviews first, then your email receipt, then message the seller with your order number. If none of that works, the file-never-delivered guide walks through opening a help request.
